Apex Active Wear ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

1. Information we collect

Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number and the products, sizes and colours you choose.
Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp when ordering or asking questions.
Payment details: M-Pesa or other payment confirmation details. We do not store card numbers.
Website data: your cart is saved temporarily in your own browser. Our website host may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

2. How we use your information

To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
To tell you about new products or offers, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share what is needed with:

Delivery and courier partners, to bring your order to you.
Payment providers such as M-Pesa, to process payments.
WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our order messages under its own privacy policy.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements, after which we delete them securely.

5. Keeping your data safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use for marketing. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) in Kenya.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
