About Barbell Pads
Stop the bar digging into your traps and shoulders. The high-density foam sleeve wraps around the bar and locks shut with a Velcro seam, so it stays centred through every rep. It also saves your hips on thrusts and your shoulders on bear hugs.
- High-density foam that doesn't flatten
- Velcro wrap fits any bar
- Also works on hip thrusts and good mornings
- Wipe-clean outer shell
